Cowrie Shell Beach Apartments, located in the beautiful coastal area of Shanzu, Mombasa, is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating memorable experiences for every visitor who stays with us. In addition to greeting guests, the Receptionist will handle reservations, manage the switchboard, and provide detailed information about our facilities and the surrounding Shanzu area. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and handle guest requests or issues with efficiency and grace. Key Requirements
Professional and friendly personality.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
