Key Requirements
20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry
Proven track record in executive leadership at COO, VP, or Director level
Strong commercial, operational, and strategic expertise
Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-country operations
Engineering degree is strictly required
MBA or equivalent higher degree is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead overall operational strategy and execution
In-depth knowledge of upstream and downstream operational processes
Ability to ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
Exceptional leadership skills to build and manage high-performance executive teams
