CASH SALES EXECUTIVE @ COURIER PLUS
We are looking for a result-oriented Cash Sales Executive to manage and grow our cash-based sales operations at the Trade Fair Market in Lagos. The primary focus of this role is to engage with walk-in customers and local businesses to promote our logistics services, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be the face of the company for many local traders, requiring a professional demeanor and a thorough understanding of our service offerings.
The role involves achieving specific sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently to identify new prospects within the market area. The position requires a candidate who is energetic and capable of handling a high volume of transactions in a busy market environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of OND/SSC qualification.
Previous experience in cash sales or the logistics industry is preferred.
Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
Deep familiarity with the Trade Fair Market and its surrounding areas.
Capability to prepare detailed sales reports on a daily and weekly basis.
High level of integrity and accountability in cash handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
