CorePlus Consulting Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Meat Processing Officer to join our food processing team based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling, processing, and packaging of meat products while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards. You will play a crucial role in our production cycle, ensuring that all output meets company and health authority requirements.
This position is located in the Dar es Salaam region, specifically across our facilities in Makukusho and Mbezi Beach. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the facility. The role requires physical stamina and a professional approach to food production tasks to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.

Key Requirements
Minimum secondary school education (Kidato cha nne).
Strong proficiency in Swahili (English is an added advantage).
Proven experience in meat processing.
Ability to operate meat cutting and grinding machinery.
Strict adherence to workplace safety and sanitation protocols.
Ability to lift heavy items and work in a refrigerated environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Attention to detail regarding product packaging and quality.
