The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, manage budgeting and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise the accounting team, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's continued growth. You will be responsible for the accuracy of financial statements, cash flow management, and ensuring that all tax filings are submitted on time according to local regulations.
This role demands a high level of technical financial expertise, including the ability to perform complex reconciliations and provide actionable financial insights to the senior management team. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with a high level of integrity.
Experience in internal and external audit preparation and coordination.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
Understanding of regional fiscal laws and financial reporting standards.
Ability to manage financial risks and implement robust internal control systems.
