The Head of Logistics will lead the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution while driving operational excellence and supporting business growth. The role involves managing the daily logistics workflow, optimizing delivery routes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution of high-quality drinking water products to all retail channels.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional relationships within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics budgets, negotiating with third-party transport providers, and implementing safety protocols across all warehousing facilities to maintain high standards of efficiency and product safety.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using ERP systems and logistics management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to manage complex transportation and distribution networks effectively.
Proficiency in monitoring key performance indicators for logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in warehousing.
Excellent negotiation skills for managing vendor and transport partner relationships.
