Cool Blue is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our operations in Dar es Salaam as a Procurement and Logistics Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our supply chain, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company standards. You will be tasked with sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing the delivery and storage of goods.
Applicants must hold a Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Chain Management or Logistics. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and possesses strong analytical skills to help optimize our logistics network. This role involves close coordination with various internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support the company's growth in the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Chain Management or Logistics.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in data analysis and inventory control.
Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
Effective negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in Swahili and professional proficiency in English.
Knowledge of ethical sourcing and compliance standards.
Competency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
