FINANCIAL CONTROLLER @ COOL BLUE
Cool Blue is a reputable and fast-growing pure drinking water company dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and affordable drinking water. To strengthen our financial leadership, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to join our team. The Accountant will oversee the company's financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure strong financial management practices to support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all financial operations such as accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. Additionally, the role involves mentoring accounting staff and coordinating external audits to provide financial insights that support management decision-making.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software especially QuickBooks.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Proven experience in lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ability to coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.
