TECHNICIANS (7 POSITIONS) @ CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT HORIZON INVESTMENT
Construction Development Horizon Investment is currently seeking seven highly skilled and dedicated Technicians to join our dynamic team in Kibaha. This role is primarily focused on the maintenance, diagnostics, and comprehensive repair of heavy-duty machinery. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and supporting our ongoing construction and development projects. Technicians will work full-time and are expected to perform routine preventive maintenance, identify mechanical issues, and implement effective solutions under minimal supervision. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with heavy-duty machines.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
