TECHNICAL MANAGER @ CONSERVE SAFARI
Conserve Safari is looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Manager to oversee all technical operations across our safari camps in Tanzania. This role is for a hands-on individual who excels at fixing, building, and improvising solutions on the spot. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving all technical infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, particularly in remote and off-grid environments. The successful candidate will be a critical problem-solver, ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of all camp facilities.
This role demands a high level of autonomy, practical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Key Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
Proven experience in construction or maintenance in remote or off-grid environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix technical issues efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improvise solutions.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
