Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally)
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and IFRS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
