Connaught Palace Hotel is inviting skilled Baristas to join our beverage team in Dubai. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing a superior beverage experience for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner at our Burjuman location.

Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel or high-end cafe.
Expertise in espresso-based drinks and manual brewing methods.
Ability to perform latte art and maintain high presentation standards.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and POS systems.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Excellent communication skills in English.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
