PROGRAM MANAGER @ CONFIDENTIAL CAREERS
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Infrastructure & Engineering team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple related projects and ensuring complete alignment with strategic business objectives across the GCC region. You will coordinate and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects, ensuring efficient delivery, resource optimization, and the consistent meeting of organizational goals.
Your duties will include developing program governance, reporting, and performance tracking while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be expected to monitor risks, budgets, and resource allocation across all projects within the program framework. Key Requirements
12+ years of experience in program or project management
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience within the GCC is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
PgMP, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
Advanced proficiency in program management software and ERP systems
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and resource plans
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong understanding of infrastructure and engineering project lifecycles
