PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ CONCORD STARS
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates. This role is critical for our infrastructure and road projects, requiring a professional who can manage high-volume purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to navigate the complexities of contracting within the region's infrastructure sector. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all project materials meet quality standards and budget constraints. We are looking for a proactive leader who is immediately available to take on this challenge. Your expertise in negotiation and strategic sourcing will be vital in driving efficiency across our construction projects.
Key Requirements
Must have minimum 10 years of experience in UAE in infrastructure contracting companies.
Experience in Construction and Contracting companies is mandatory.
Specific experience with Infrastructure and Road Projects is required.
Candidates should preferably hold an Engineering Degree.
Must be an immediately available candidate.
Proven ability to manage complex procurement cycles for construction materials.
Strong negotiation skills with local and international suppliers.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor and commercial laws regarding procurement.
Proficiency in using ERP software for supply chain management.
Excellent leadership skills to manage a procurement team effectively.
