NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER @ COMPUTER CENTRE TANZANIA
Computer Centre Tanzania is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing secure, scalable, and high-performing network and IT infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical expertise, supporting managed services, and troubleshooting complex network issues to ensure reliable IT performance that meets customer business requirements.
In this role, the engineer will collaborate closely with sales teams to recommend technical solutions, conduct site visits for managed services, and provide detailed technical documentation including diagrams and configurations. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality infrastructure support, installation, and configuration of security and collaboration solutions across various customer sites in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Network Engineer role
Proven expertise in network configuration and solution implementation
Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
Hands-on experience with firewalls like Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
Experience designing and implementing wired and wireless networks
Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG
Excellent technical communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or NSE 4 are highly preferred
