Key Requirements
Proven experience in Air Compressor sales within the UAE market.
Significant international market exposure and cross-border sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial procurement processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to travel within the region as required for client meetings.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
