MEDICAL DOCTOR (GENERAL PRACTITIONER) @ COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY BASED REHABILITATION IN TANZANIA (CCBRT)
Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) to join their Clinical Division. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care within both outpatient and inpatient settings, playing a critical role in patient diagnostics, treatment plans, and clinical management. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery, supporting surgical services and emergency care operations as needed.
As part of this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for examining and diagnosing patients, conducting outpatient clinics, and managing admissions. You will also participate in outreach activities and maintain operational readiness by working rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties. The role requires a proactive professional committed to patient-centered care and continuous clinical development within a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized institution.
Successful completion of a one-year internship.
Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7.
Registered with the Tanganyika Medical Council.
Valid 2026 Medical Practitioner License.
At least 2 years of post-internship working experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
Proficiency in clinical examination and diagnostic procedures.
Ability to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
High level of computer literacy and team collaboration skills.
