1. CIVIL PLANNING ENGINEER @ COGENT DXB
Cogent DXB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Planning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring that all civil and structural construction phases align with the project's strategic goals. You will work closely with project managers and site engineers to provide detailed scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with ADM regulations and specific Abu Dhabi requirements. As a core member of the engineering team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects across the UAE. Your role will involve identifying potential project delays and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in civil engineering and a deep understanding of the local construction landscape to help drive our projects toward excellence. Possible work locations include various sites across Abu Dhabi as per project requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
5–10 years UAE construction experience
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
Experience in project planning and scheduling
Experience in progress monitoring and reporting
Well-versed in ADM regulations and Abu Dhabi project requirements
Strong background in civil/structural construction
Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
