CodeSpace, a prominent software development company, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. We specialize in developing innovative mobile applications and robust systems for a diverse range of companies. As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by actively seeking out new customers for our flagship products, including ERP systems, accounting systems, property management systems, and custom mobile applications. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of software solutions and a passion for connecting businesses with technology that can transform their operations.

Your primary responsibility will involve identifying potential clients, presenting our cutting-edge software solutions, and closing deals. The compensation package includes a base salary of 200,000 TZS per month, complemented by a 10% commission on every client secured. Our products typically range from 2.5 million TZS to 5 million TZS. Additionally, a significant bonus of 1,000,000 TZS will be awarded to representatives who successfully acquire five or more clients within a month. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to significantly impact our growth while enjoying substantial earning potential. The position is based at Dar Village Mall, Floor ya pili.

Key Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and spoken Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales strategies Proven ability to identify and secure new clients for software products Understanding of ERP, accounting, property management systems, and mobile apps Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales targets Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively Prior experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred Customer-focused approach with a commitment to building lasting relationships
