AVIONICS ENGINEER @ COASTAL AVIATION
Coastal Aviation, a premier safari and regional charter airline, is seeking a skilled Avionics Engineer to maintain our fleet of Cessna 208B Grand Caravan and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. As a key member of our Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO), you will ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency for our flights across East Africa, including key hubs in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and Zanzibar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of complex electronic systems on our aircraft. You will work within our in-house engineering facilities to support our mission of connecting major urban centers with remote wilderness areas and coastal islands. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and a commitment to maintaining our reputation as The Flying Safari Company.

Key Requirements
Full expertise in aircraft avionics systems.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in aviation maintenance.
Proven experience working with Cessna Caravan aircraft.
Proven experience working with Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
Tanzanian national preferred.
Ability to work in an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) environment.
Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and standards.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electronic flight instrument systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical manuals.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of aircraft airworthiness.
