Key Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment or mining environment
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Ability to supervise and guide junior mechanics
Extensive knowledge of heavy duty machinery and industrial engines
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and specialized mechanical software
