Coast Nickel Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Mechanic to join our professional team at our facility in Kibaha, Dar es Salaam. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who possess a strong technical aptitude and a desire to build a career within the mechanical maintenance and industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of various vehicles and mechanical equipment essential to our daily operations.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of practical experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance procedures.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new mechanical technologies.
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in an industrial environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Strong attention to detail when performing inspections and repairs.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams accurately.
Problem-solving skills to assist in diagnosing mechanical failures.
