WET & DRY UTILITIES MODELER @ CNS MIDDLE EAST
CNS Middle East is seeking a dedicated Wet & Dry Utilities Modeler to join our fast-growing organization in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and sophisticated 3D models using Civil 3D. Your primary focus will be on infrastructure utilities, including Water Supply, Drainage, Sewer, Irrigation, and District Cooling, as well as Dry Utilities like Electrical and Telecom networks.
In this role, you will create pipe networks, profiles, cross-sections, and corridor models. Coordination is vital, as you will work with MEP, infrastructure, and structural teams to ensure all utility models are clash-free and compliant with local standards. You will also produce shop drawings, IFC drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Compliance with UAE authorities like DEWA, DM, RTA, ADDC, and ADSSC is essential. Applicants must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Key Requirements
Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for various utility projects.
Create advanced 3D models using Civil 3D for infrastructure networks.
Prepare layouts for Water Supply, Drainage, Sewer, and Irrigation systems.
Design utility layouts for District Cooling, Electrical, and Telecom networks.
Create pipe networks, profiles, cross-sections, and corridor models in Civil 3D.
Coordinate effectively with MEP, infrastructure, structural, and architectural teams.
Produce professional shop drawings, IFC drawings, and accurate BOQs.
Ensure full compliance with local authority standards including DEWA, DM, and RTA.
Must be currently based in the UAE for immediate face-to-face evaluation.
Available to join the organization immediately, preferably within one week.
