The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural and structural wall layouts, ensuring that all coordination points between different construction disciplines are accurately reflected in the technical drawings.
As an immediate joiner, you will be expected to integrate into the team within one week. Your responsibilities include utilizing AutoCAD for precise drafting, identifying potential clashes in wall designs, and collaborating closely with MEP and structural engineers. Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural and structural wall coordination.
Demonstrated experience in technical drafting within the construction industry.
Knowledge of United Arab Emirates building codes and local authority standards.

Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates with a valid residency status.
