SENIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR @ CNS MIDDLE EAST
CNS Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to join our technical team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Your duties will involve handling ITSM tools, adhering to SLAs, and coordinating with external vendors to support business operations. You will also be tasked with performing regular vulnerability assessments and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity. You will be expected to troubleshoot complex system and network issues, providing high-level support for our Microsoft-based environment. This position requires a proactive approach to system security and reliability, as well as the ability to leverage automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Requirements
12–15 years of overall IT experience with at least 8 years in Microsoft/Windows administration.
Strong expertise in Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
Hands-on experience with hardware servers from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and IBM.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams administration at an enterprise level.
In-depth knowledge of clustering, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and file servers.
Proven experience with ManageEngine tools including AD Manager, ADAudit, and FileAudit.
Strong scripting skills using PowerShell or Python for automation.
Advanced experience in virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
Ability to manage system security, performance tuning, and vendor coordination.
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM tool management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network and system-level issues.
