CAD MEP COORDINATOR @ CNS MIDDLE EAST
We are looking for a highly competent CAD MEP Coordinator to join our expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure seamless integration within the overall building structure. You will be tasked with identifying and resolving technical conflicts before the construction phase begins, utilizing advanced CAD software to maintain high levels of accuracy.

You will be responsible for producing coordinated shop drawings that comply with UAE regulations. Key Requirements
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and specialized MEP coordination software.
Extensive experience in MEP design coordination for large-scale projects.
Ability to identify and resolve clashes between various MEP and structural services.
Deep understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical system integration.
Proven experience in the production and review of detailed MEP shop drawings.
Current residency in the United Arab Emirates is mandatory for application.
Immediate availability to join the workforce within a 1-week notice period.
Knowledge of local authority standards such as DEWA and Dubai Municipality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills regarding complex technical layouts.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental team coordination.
