CNS ME is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Senior IT Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This role involves providing advanced L2/L3 technical support for complex hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime for all end-users. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Active Directory environments, implementing Group Policy Objects, and maintaining enterprise-standard Windows servers, desktops, and peripherals. The position also requires monitoring system performance, implementing security measures, and maintaining detailed documentation of all technical incidents and configurations. The monthly salary for this role is AED 6,000. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in system administration or technical support. Key Requirements
