SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ CMTL GROUP
CMTL Group, a reputable company in the Logistics Industry, is seeking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Senior Accountant to join its team. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and strategic support to the executive leadership team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring full compliance with tax and statutory requirements in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a net salary of TZS 3,000,000 per month, communication bundles, and comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
CPA (T) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification (mandatory).
Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
At least 3 years in a senior accounting or finance leadership role.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience in the logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
Proven ability to mentor and lead a team.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
