Key Requirements
Relevant educational background, ideally in housekeeping or hospitality.
Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in hotel housekeeping is highly advantageous.
Basic communication skills in Swahili and English to interact with guests and colleagues.
Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and attention to detail.
Capacity to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, within the hotel environment.
Ability to clean rooms to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
