Key Requirements
Relevant education in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Attendant, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
Excellent command of both Swahili and English for effective guest interaction.
High level of honesty, discipline, and dedication to service excellence.
Willingness and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, within a dynamic hotel environment.
Ability to take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and common dietary restrictions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
