CMG Hotels Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Padel Court Attendant to oversee and manage our state-of-the-art Padel tennis facility. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports and dedicated to providing an excellent recreational experience for our guests. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the Padel courts, including managing bookings, assisting guests with equipment, ensuring the courts are well-maintained, and providing basic guidance on the game. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and customer service skills, capable of fostering a fun and safe environment for all players. This includes inspecting the court for any damage, managing the availability of rackets and balls, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The attendant will also handle guest inquiries related to the Padel court, provide information on rules, and assist with scheduling. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting positively with guests of all skill levels.
Key Requirements
Relevant education in sports management, recreation, or a related field.
Prior experience in a sports facility, club, or as an attendant for recreational activities.
Excellent communication skills in both Swahili and English for guest interaction.
Be honest, reliable, and dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for users.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on court usage and hotel schedules.
Knowledge of Padel tennis rules and basic gameplay.
Ability to set up and maintain the Padel court and equipment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Capable of managing bookings and assisting guests with court usage.
Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
