E&I CONTRACTS MANAGER @ CME RECRUITMENT
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Contracts Manager within a leading construction contracting environment. The role requires a commercially astute leader capable of overseeing complex contracts and ensuring high-quality project delivery across various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of E&I construction projects, specifically within the industrial, mining, and infrastructure industries. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, cost control, and the management of multiple site teams to drive efficiency and safety. You will utilize your expertise in NEC and FIDIC contracts to navigate legal and financial frameworks, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. This position demands strong leadership capability and technical expertise to maintain the high standards expected in a fast-paced contracting environment.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience with NEC and FIDIC contract suites.
Proven track record in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) construction projects.
Strong commercial and contractual management skills.
Proficiency in project scheduling and cost control methodologies.
Experience managing multiple site teams concurrently.
Expertise in industrial, mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership capability and technical expertise.
Ability to drive projects safely and within budget constraints.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
