Key Requirements
Minimum qualification of Form Four secondary education.
Must be a resident of Mbezi Beach or surrounding areas.
At least 2 years of proven work experience in dairy, food, or water companies.
Ability to maintain high standards of shop cleanliness and hygiene.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement.
Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and stock inventory.
