DAIRY SHOP SALESPERSON @ CMAT GROUP LIMITED
Cmat Group Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dairy Shop Salesperson to effectively serve customers. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for the sale of milk and related dairy products within the company's shop, located in Mbezi Mwisho, near the Magufuli bus stand in Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring the efficient operation of the dairy shop. Key responsibilities include actively selling milk and various dairy items to customers, providing courteous service, and accurately informing customers about products.
The Salesperson will also be tasked with organizing and meticulously storing dairy products to maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement. Daily sales records must be diligently monitored and maintained, and the shop environment must be kept clean to ensure products meet quality standards. Furthermore, the role involves actively contributing to sales growth by encouraging customer purchases of company products.

Key Requirements
Must have experience in sales work, especially in a dairy shop or food products
Must have good communication skills and customer service
Must be honest, hardworking, and disciplined
Must be ready to work scheduled hours
Must have an education from Form Four (O-Level) onwards
Experience in dairy shops or factories will be given priority
Must be from Mbezi Beach or surrounding areas of Mbezi Beach
