CK Talent Partners is currently seeking a skilled E&I Estimator to join our team in Midrand. As infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy projects continue to grow across South Africa, we are seeing an increased demand for experienced electrical and instrumentation specialists. This role is pivotal in supporting major projects through precise tendering and commercial adjudication within a high-stakes engineering project environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical and instrumentation estimation, generating detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and performing accurate material take-offs. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all commercial aspects of the tendering process are handled efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure and energy developments across the region, making a tangible impact on large-scale engineering initiatives.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in electrical and instrumentation (E&I) estimation.
Proven proficiency in developing Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate material take-offs.
Extensive experience in tendering processes and commercial adjudication.
Experience working within a formal engineering project environment.
Knowledge of infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy project standards.
Advanced skills in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise costing.
Strong communication skills to facilitate commercial discussions with stakeholders.
