Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel reception or front office
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Computer proficiency, specifically with Property Management Systems (PMS)
Strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
Smart, well-groomed appearance following hotel standards
Flexibility to work various shifts and collaborate with the team
Must be residing within Dodoma City
