ACCOUNTANT @ CITILAND
Citi Land Solutions (T) Ltd is looking for a dedicated Accountant to join their team at Mlimani City Mall. The role involves managing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. You will be responsible for tax filings, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure the smooth financial health of the company. In addition to core accounting tasks, the successful candidate will provide valuable financial insights to support business decision-making and perform regular bank reconciliations. You will also oversee payroll processing, prepare detailed management reports, and ensure all daily financial transactions are recorded accurately. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of local tax laws and accounting standards.
Proven track record in preparing financial statements and statutory filings.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is considered a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of Cost Accounting and Inventory management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide financial insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording daily financial transactions.
