A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Account Manager to join their team in Chino, CA. This unique role blends inside and outside sales responsibilities, focusing on custom manufacturing within the metal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customers through aggressive cold calling and lead generation, while also maintaining and growing existing accounts through regular communication and solution-based selling. You will be tasked with explaining product capabilities to retailers and identifying opportunities for product improvements and new developments. The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus commission depending on experience.

The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with design, engineering, and production teams to deliver effective retail solutions. Successful candidates will set and conduct appointments to introduce the company and its various product lines using professional PowerPoint presentations. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, or closet design. As this is an in-person role in Chino, California, applicants must be relationship-driven and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment while enjoying benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (required) Valid driver’s license (required) Positive, driven, and aggressive mindset with the ability to generate and maintain key accounts Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, or wood display manufacturing preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and production teams Ability to explain product capabilities and identify opportunities for product improvements Proven experience in developing new customers through cold calling and lead generation Strong presentation skills for introducing product lines to retailers Ability to conduct on-site visits and provide solution-based selling to existing accounts
