Key Requirements
Valid heavy machinery operator license specifically for mobile cranes.
Proven experience operating mobile cranes on large-scale construction sites.
Thorough understanding of load charts and crane weight capacity.
Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Uncompromising commitment to safety protocols and signaling procedures.
Physical fitness and the stamina to work long hours in an outdoor setting.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with site supervisors and riggers.
Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems specific to mobile cranes.
Ability to work in diverse weather conditions common in coastal areas.
Training in emergency response and crane-specific safety procedures.
Must be a resident of Zanzibar or a Tanzanian local.
Proven track record of accident-free equipment operation.
