Two positions are open for Crawler Crane Operators to support the heavy lifting requirements of the Mangapwani port project. Applicants must be skilled in maneuvering crawler cranes on varied terrain and be familiar with the unique challenges of coastal construction. The role includes maintaining equipment integrity and ensuring safe operations at all times.

Key Requirements
Valid certification and specialized license for crawler crane operation.
Minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience operating crawler cranes.
Specific experience in marine or coastal construction projects is preferred.
Ability to assist in the assembly and disassembly of crane components.
Thorough understanding of crane stability and ground bearing pressure.
Proficiency in reading complex lift plans and following rigger signals precisely.
Strong commitment to international occupational health and safety standards.
Basic mechanical capability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
High level of precision in handling heavy loads in confined port areas.
Fluency in Swahili and basic English for site communication.
Availability to work flexible shifts based on project requirements.
Tanzanian citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
