OPERATIONS MANAGER @ CHIGA DESIGN & DECORATION
CHIGA DESIGN & DECORATION is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's Degree is considered an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and construction.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven ability to oversee and supervise complex construction projects effectively.
Results-driven with a track record of driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in strategic planning and execution of operational activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
