We are seeking a precise Spotter (Stain Removal Technician) to join our team at the Mbezi Juu - Goba Road Branch. As a Spotter, your primary responsibility is the identification and removal of various types of stains from garments before they go through the full cleaning process.
You will utilize specialized chemicals and tools to ensure that stains are treated appropriately without compromising the integrity of the fabric. This role is essential for maintaining the superior quality that our clients expect from our services.

Key Requirements
Technical training in textile chemistry or stain removal
Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy traits
Keen observation skills for identifying fabric issues
Good customer service and communication skills
Strong team player with a cooperative attitude
Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus
Previous experience in a laundry or dry-cleaning business
Thorough knowledge of cleaning agents and their reactions
Physical dexterity for detailed manual work
