We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Packaging Officer for our Mbezi Juu - Goba Road Branch. This position is the final checkpoint in our cleaning process, ensuring that every garment meets our strict quality standards before it is returned to the customer.
You will be responsible for inspecting finished items for cleanliness, damage, and wrinkles, and ensuring they are packaged according to our standards. This role requires an individual who is methodical, observant, and committed to ensuring that every customer receives their laundry in perfect condition.

Key Requirements
Vocational training in logistics or general operations
Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy personality

Good communication skills with internal staff

Previous experience in a laundry or dry-cleaning business
