Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of Tanzanian Labor Laws and employment regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
Previous internship or work experience in an HR role is an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and data entry.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new HR processes.
