LOAN OFFICER @ CHENI MICROFINANCE LTD
Cheni Microfinance Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to manage the loan lifecycle, from processing applications and conducting thorough client assessments to ensuring timely disbursement and repayment of funds. You will be expected to represent the company professionally, build lasting relationships with our clients, and actively promote our financial products to meet set growth targets.
The successful candidate will be operating across Dar es Salaam and Pwani regions. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to conduct fieldwork effectively.
