Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Demi Chef or senior Commis in a professional kitchen.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Commitment to high standards of kitchen hygiene and personal grooming.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Basic computer skills for inventory or recipe management is a plus.
Physical stamina to work long shifts in a hot kitchen environment.
High level of attention to detail regarding food plating and quality.
A degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school.
