Key Requirements

Extensive experience in both Indian and Western culinary styles. Previous history working in a luxury boutique resort or high-end multicuisine restaurant. Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff and commis. Ability to maintain food quality and presentation consistency. Excellent organizational and time management skills under pressure. Vocational or academic certification in Culinary Arts. Willingness to relocate to or work in Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar. Effective communication skills for a collaborative team environment.
