The Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) is looking for a self-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join its dynamic team in the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. This role is central to CICM's mission of enhancing customer experiences and empowering businesses through exceptional training programs and professional events. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies aimed at driving growth and fostering strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base. As a consultant, you will lead targeted marketing campaigns to promote our suite of services, conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with the broader marketing team to produce high-impact promotional materials. Key Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related commercial field.
At least 2 years of experience in the training and events industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
