Changas Microfinance Limited is looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. This critical role involves efficiently managing executive schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Personal Assistant will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls, correspondence, and emails, handling them with professionalism and efficiency, and ensuring that all communications are addressed promptly. Beyond scheduling and communication, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for preparing various official documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. The role requires proactive coordination of administrative and office activities, maintaining confidential records, and managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion. You will also play a key role in following up on assignments, ensuring the timely execution of tasks, and providing essential support to management in both daily operational and strategic activities, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of Changas Microfinance Limited.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, Finance, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer Proven ability to manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Competence in handling incoming calls, correspondence, and emails efficiently Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
