FINANCE MANAGER @ CERBA LANCET TANZANIA
The Finance Manager role at Cerba Lancet Tanzania is a pivotal position based at the Mbezi Beach offices in Dar Es Salaam. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department for all Business Units within the country. This role reports directly to the General Manager, with additional reporting lines to the East Africa CFO and the Group CFO, requiring a high degree of accountability and strategic alignment with international standards. Responsibilities include overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple locations. The Finance Manager will lead a team of professionals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and group policies. This position is ideal for a senior finance professional with a background in international operations and a strong commitment to financial integrity and business growth within the healthcare or diagnostic services sector.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Accounts or Finance.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
5-10 years of overall experience in finance.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Experience overseeing finance departments in multiple locations or international operations.
Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and local tax regulations in Tanzania.
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
